We offer online counselling to young people who have suffered abuse, including from step parents. If you feel suicidal or are in immediate danger, you should contact the emergency services.
We are not a medical organisation and our counsellors are not part of a regulated body. Our service is free and we do not provide any medical advice or diagnosis. Any information provided should not be considered as a substitute for medical advice.
You must be over 13 years old, or have consent from a parent or guardian, to view or use the website.
You agree that any information you that you provide to us is true.
Any information you provide to us through the Website will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Counsellors provide a free service through Sparkly Hearts Foundation, they are not employees. We therefore assume no responsibility for any act or omission of any Counsellor. Any comments made are not intended to be taken as advice.
